Maxwell-Reddick and Associates, Inc. was originally founded as a sole proprietorship (surveying company) in 1964 by Lamar O. Reddick, RLS. In 2004, Joey Maxwell acquired Reddick & Associates and in 2007 merged the surveying entity with his civil engineering firm, Maxwell Engineering. This merger resulted in a blend of disciplines that greatly benefits our clientele as the engineering and surveying professions are so fundamentally interconnected.

With over forty years of civil engineering experience and over sixty years of registered land surveyor experience, we strive to provide each of our clients a final product will exceed their expectations and truly provide a seamless design experience. Along with providing quality professional services, it is always our goal to be easily accessible and to deliver personal service to each client to ensure all needs are met throughout the life of a project.
