ACEC Georgia has partnered with Jeff Gross, Chief Empowerment Officer with Gro-Nova, to host a workshop about From Boss to Coach: Empowerment Leadership for Today’s Engineering Workforce.

Learn how People-First leadership drives performance, accountability, and trust. After completing this workshop, attendees will be able to:

• Differentiate traditional “boss” leadership behaviors from coaching-based, people-first leadership practices and apply those practices to motivate Millennials and Gen Z engineers.
• Implement practical coaching techniques that strengthen accountability, trust, and performance across multigenerational engineering teams.
• Evaluate and adjust your leadership approach to better engage, retain, and develop talent in today’s evolving engineering workforce.
