Session Description:
In the current environment there is a growing interest in moving beyond the default safe harbor overhead rate. This session explores the implications of developing your firm’s overhead rate including compliance requirements, audit readiness, strategic benefits, and potential risks. We’ll look at what it takes to develop an indirect cost rate. If your firm is considering the move, or is already in the thick of it, come ready to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from others navigating this evolving terrain.
