This session examines the management and employment practices liability exposures that many A&E firms are underinsured for regardless of size, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and the personal liability directors and officers carry in their roles. Co-presented with an employment practices attorney, the session brings both the legal and insurance perspectives to the same stage and gives attendees a practical framework for assessing and addressing their exposure.
