Water utilities across the state are looking at how to do more with less when addressing their aging infrastructure. They are evaluating how to deliver capital improvement projects quicker and for a lower cost while not jeopardizing quality or losing control. That evaluation often includes whether to use the traditional Design-Bid-Build method or alternative project delivery methods, such as Progressive Design Build or Construction Management at Risk. This luncheon will feature a panel of Georgia water utility executives sharing their experiences with Progressive Design Build on recent water or wastewater treatment facilities. The panel will also include contractors discussing the lessons learned from these programs.

Bryan Bedell, Vice President & Division Leader, The Haskell Company
