Description

The ACEC Georgia Survey/Geospatial Forum is chaired by Scott Sugar with Lumenor Consulting and meets on a quarterly basis. Rapid change, competitive pressures, and tremendous advancements in technology and software are changing the way professional surveyors do business. This forum will represent professional surveying/geospatial firms or business units within firms looking to strengthen the industry image and business environment by advancing quality professional geospatial services – turning challenges into opportunities. The forum will help members create, maintain, and transform their survey/geospatial component into a healthy, bottom-line revenue producer. The Forum will maintain and establish relationships with NCEES, NSPS, SAMSOG and represent surveying issues for ACEC Georgia's outreach and advocacy agenda.

This meeting will be a roundtable format. Members are encouraged to come ready to introduce themselves and briefly state business concerns or business threats this forum can address at future meetings.
