The ACEC Georgia Land Development Forum is chaired by Tom True of Colliers Engineering & Design and meets on a quarterly basis. This forum is designed to bring together land development professionals to discuss common challenges to their unique business issues, potential solutions, and how ACEC Georgia might engage to address those concerns.
For this meeting, dive into the creation of Avalon, one of the Southeast’s most successful mixed-use projects, with Kevin McCarthy/Site solutions, lead landscape architect and designer of the project’s public realm. Learn how the collaborative process between client, architects, landscape architects and civil engineering produced this award-winning effort, and ten years in, how it has been faring and what its ripple effects have been.
