FAQs

How do I register my plus one/guest?

You'll indicate you're bringing a guest and that guest's name on your attendee registration. This is required for seating chart purposes. However, you must also register your guest as a separate attendee.

How do I choose my meal option?

Each guest will receive the same meal. It will be shell-fish free and contain gluten-free options. You will have the option to select a vegetarian meal if you need one during registration.

How and when will I receive my ticket and table assignment for the event?

Your table assignment will be emailed to you prior to the event. There will be no check-in at the event itself. 

How and when do I choose the VIPs sitting at my table as a Title, Reception, or Platinum Sponsor?

Sponsors will be provided a list of VIPs to choose from in February 2025. The highest level sponsor will be given first preference. Look for an email from ACEC Georgia’s Director of Member Engagement, Rachael Sadler.

As a sponsor, how do I indicate which guests will attend the VIP Reception?

When you choose your sponsorship, you'll automatically be asked to provide the names of the attendees of the VIP Reception. There will be enough form fields for the number of VIP Reception attendees provided at your sponsorship level.

I'm a government employee. How do I access the discounted registration rate?

We welcome all our government employees at the Georgia Engineering Awards! You can email Christy Tarallo, the Director of Government Affairs for ACEC Georgia. She will provide a discount code that you can use to register at the discounted rate.
