THE GEORGIA TRANSPORTATION SUMMIT IS NOW A 2-DAY EVENT!
We are excited to announce that the 2026 Georgia Transportation Summit has been expanded into a 2-DAY EVENT, with a NEW half-day featuring 12 additional breakout sessions on Wednesday, in addition to the traditional Transportation Summit General Session and 10 breakout sessions on Thursday. More networking, more education (and PDHs) and more ROI.
This year’s Summit will have a renewed focus on practical training with presentations targeted at improving quality, constructability, and more efficient program delivery. In addition, many of the Wednesday afternoon sessions will provide content specifically designed for project managers and other younger professionals from both GDOT and consulting engineering firms. Wednesday sessions will also include new “long form” (4-hours long) training sessions for folks at all levels within firms, GDOT and local governments, including training sessions on Open Roads Design (ORD), NEPA Assignment, and NPDES Level 2 Recertification, allowing participants to gain deep learning in these topics.
As in previous years, we will also have college students from all of Georgia’s engineering schools in attendance, but this year they will be part of the new Wednesday afternoon sessions.
Sponsoring the 2026 ACEC Georgia Transportation Summit puts your organization front and center with Georgia’s most influential transportation leaders – a literal “who’s who” of leadership from GDOT and other transportation agencies, state & local elected officials, and decision makers from across the consulting engineering industry. This high-profile gathering is the largest transportation event in Georgia, providing a unique platform to build meaningful partnerships and showcase your commitment to infrastructure innovation.
Sponsors will also have an exclusive Meet & Greet session with the engineering students in attendance on Wednesday afternoon.
