ACEC Georgia has partnered with Gro-Nova to bring their members an Employee Retention - Stay Interviews Workshop.

 According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Great Resignation has resulted in over 48 million Americans quitting their jobs during the pandemic. For A&E firms, the cost of losing valuable people is dramatic due to the loss of clients, quality, and experience. Performing Stay Interviews, an alternative to exit interviews is a powerful tool to help leaders understand why employees stay and what causes them to leave. Understanding and addressing team’s issues and needs will lower the employee turnover rate and stop the Great Resignation. 

In this workshop, members will learn:

• The importance of understanding why people stay 

• How to perform a Stay Interview 

• Roleplay a Stay Interview 

• What to do to improve employee retention
